Production Software APS · MES · MRP

Stop scheduling in Excel: orders, machines, shifts and materials in real time.

If your production schedule lives in a spreadsheet only one person understands, the plant is running blind. We deliver the system that plans capacity, releases materials on time and shows what is really happening on every machine and every shift.

The problem we solve

Scheduling production in spreadsheets creates delays, invisible bottlenecks, material shortages and unbudgeted overtime. Nobody knows exactly how far an order is, how much scrap was produced or why a machine stopped. Our platform unites APS (planning and scheduling), MES (shop-floor execution) and MRP (material needs and purchasing) in one system connected to your ERP.

What Production Software APS · MES · MRP includes

01

Finite-capacity APS scheduling

Drag-and-drop Gantt that respects real machine capacity, shifts, setups, priorities and promised customer dates.

02

MRP and material explosion

From the bill of materials (BOM) and master schedule (MPS) it computes net requirements, safety stock and supplier lead times, and suggests purchase and production orders.

03

MES shop-floor execution

Terminal or tablet per station: operation start/stop, order progress, downtime with cause codes, scrap, rework and actual material consumption.

04

Live OEE and downtime

Availability, performance and quality by machine, shift, product and operator, with a Pareto of downtime causes.

05

Lot and serial traceability

From raw-material lot and supplier to finished goods and customer — forward and backward traceability for audits and recalls.

06

Actual production costing

Standard vs. actual cost per order: material consumed, labor hours, machine hours, scrap and overtime.

07

Rescheduling on disruption

An urgent order arrives or a machine fails: simulate scenarios and reschedule while seeing the impact on every other order.

08

Inventory and warehouse control

Receipts, issues to the floor, returns, kardex by lot and location, with minimum-stock and expiry alerts.

09

Maintenance and quality built in

Preventive maintenance orders by run hours and quality inspection points inside the same production flow.

10

ERP / accounting API integration

Two-way sync of orders, inventory, costs and consumption with SAP, Siesa, World Office, Siigo or others via API.

11

Executive dashboards

Plan adherence, on-time delivery, productivity by line, scrap and cost per unit in Power BI or inside the system.

12

Roles, permissions and audit trail

Every planner, supervisor and operator sees only their scope, with a full history of who changed what and when.

FAQ

What is the difference between APS, MES and MRP?+

MRP calculates which materials you need and when to buy them; APS decides on which machine and in which sequence you produce within real capacity; MES captures what actually happened on the floor (times, downtime, scrap, progress). All three work together in one platform.

Does it work for discrete and process manufacturing?+

Yes. We configure the model for discrete manufacturing (assembly, metalworking, packaging) or process and batch industries (food, beverage, chemicals, plastics), including recipes, yield loss and unit conversion.

Does it work offline on the floor?+

Yes. Shop-floor terminals run without connection and sync automatically once signal returns, with no lost time or production records.

Does it replace my ERP?+

No. It connects to your ERP via API and covers what ERPs usually do poorly: finite-capacity scheduling, shop-floor capture and real-time OEE.

Can it read data directly from machines?+

Yes, where the equipment allows it: we read counters and signals over MQTT, OPC-UA or PLC. If a machine is not connectable, capture happens on a tablet in a couple of taps.

How long does implementation take?+

A pilot on one line or plant usually goes live in 4 to 8 weeks, starting with scheduling and shop-floor capture, then MRP, costing and dashboards.

Is it realistic for a mid-size company?+

Yes — that is exactly the point: big-industry planning capability without million-dollar licenses, paying for tailored development plus monthly support.

What do I need before starting?+

Ideally bills of materials, routings or operations per product and approximate standard times. If they are not organized yet, we help you structure them during implementation.
